Team

Heritage Capital was born from the meeting of two complementary paths.
On one side: hands-on operational experience—industrial processes and day-to-day work alongside businesses. On the other: a finance track developed in complex international M&A environments.
This complementarity helps us approach entrepreneurial challenges with balance: vision and discipline, respect for company history, and the ability to guide its evolution.

Massimo Casarico

Co-Founder

Massimo has an engineering background, with a dual degree in Automation Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and Jiao Tong University, followed by an MBA at INSEAD.

He built hands-on experience in operations and performance improvement at EFESO Consulting—working on industrial efficiency, organization, and operations projects—and at Bosch, contributing to technology solutions in complex industrial contexts.

Ivan Pedretti

Ivan Pedretti

Co-Founder

Ivan has an international academic background, with studies in economics and finance at the University of Warwick and the University of Cambridge, and an MBA from INSEAD.

He developed his professional experience in London, working in investment banking at Goldman Sachs and then in private equity at Warburg Pincus, focusing on M&A transactions across Business Services and Industrial sectors.
